Video Clips for Sermon, Teaching Illustrations $1.99 at Blue Fish
By
Here’s a great video Web site geared toward sermon and teaching illustrations called Blue Fish.
Their motto is “Creating Videos to Help You Teach.”
What really impressed me is the price: $1.99. I’ve been surfing around the site the past two days, previewing some of their videos, and I’m impressed by what I’ve seen.
And I had a great conversation with Justin Forman, Blue Fish’s marketing director, who is a CCP reader and email subscriber (how I found out about his site, actually).
Although you can preview ALL of the videos right on Blue Fish’s site, Justin has graciously offered ONE FREE VIDEO DOWNLOAD to CCP readers.
Here’s what you do to get a free video:
- Go to Blue Fish.
- Find a video you want and add it to your cart.
- Enter this promotional code when checking out: BFBLOG1
- Note: Although you have to enter your credit card, on the next window, there’s a box to enter and apply the promotional code, so your card’s not charged.
- Download your video!
According to Justin, that code is good for one free downloadable clip per person at Blue Fish. That means you can pass that code along to any other friends, teachers or staff who love to use video illustrations.
I downloaded the “Jars of Clay: The Spirit of Thankfulness” video.
Go check out Blue Fish and let us know what you think in the comments to this post!
Cory, Thanks for this connection! I downloaded what will be the first of many videos from BlueFish tonight. I have previously been using another site that produces good quality videos, but one’s that are 5 times the price! This site is a godsend!
Micah, glad you liked it! Free is always motivating for me.
From what Justin told me, this is a ministry first. Holler back when you’ve used something to let us know how it goes.
Thanks for this valuable information.
I enjoyed browsing and viewing the site… downloaded some neat video illustrations.
