I really needed to read this excellent Pastors.com article by LifeChurch.tv’s Craig Groeschel about how he handles criticism.

He elaborates on this advice, but says simply to: “listen, answer, or dismiss.”

As founding pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in the U.S., I know he hears lot of complains and criticism (from ALL sides) … being on the cutting edge of ministry will do that!

Taking some advice I’ve read from the outstanding Q&A responders to the Building Rockin’ Church Websites series about search engine optimization, and after reading some outstanding blogs, I’ve tweaked my church’s website in a way I hope will help local search engine keyword searches.
