Redesigning My Web Design Biz Site
Posted by: | CommentsBecause I’ve been working on the redesign for my web design site for a long time and am kind of proud of it, I thought I’d announce it here.
Over the last couple of months, I’ve been privileged to work with some of the best and brightest designers and coders, including Nathan Rice, Ryan Imel and Brian Gardner — all evangelical Christians.
These three in particular (there are many more) have made my whole experience designing with WordPress some of the best times of my life. And I cherish it even more because we are brothers in Christ … regularly talk about our Lord and spiritual things, pray for one another, keep each other in check and have a level of trust afforded only by … family.
Anyway, no doubt there are some kinks to work out in my redesign, but I hope this also helps showcase my particular design “style.”

The CCP Sidenotes ‘LinkBlog’
Posted by: | Comments
In case you haven’t noticed it, I’ve started a new linkblog called Sidenotes on CCP.
It’s located on the left sidebar column.
I realized as I’ve gotten busier I haven’t been able to write as many longer posts, but I’m constantly seeing interesting links and sites on the web that might be worth your reads, or click, but don’t warrant a full-blown post.
If you’re a read this blog via my feed, you’ll automatically get those posts. But if you just stop by from time-to-time, then you’ll want to check out that left sidebar.
Spiritual Journal: Free WordPress Release by Church Communications Pro
Posted by: | CommentsIn cooperation with Gregory Pittman, who is a minister of worship by day and master WordPress coder by night, I’m releasing my first Christian-based free WordPress theme here at CCP.
It’s called Spiritual Journal and is designed to be a personal journal for pastors, ministers and other Christ-followers.
Of course, it could be customized for use in a lot of different ways too.

Key Features:
- Two column
- Journal/notebook feel
- Widget ready
