Free Contact Email Forms For Your Church Website
Posted by: | CommentsIf you’ve been following my Using WordPress to Run Church Websites series, then I need to add an additional plugin that allows you to easily put a contact form on your church website.
Here are two plugin options that automate the form and process:
- Chip’s Contact Form — I’m using this right now on this site and other site and love it.
- Mike’s Contact Form – My friend Brian Gardner is using this now and loves it.
A Small Church Pastor’s 5 Reasons for Using WordPress on Their Church Website
Posted by: | CommentsThis is a guest post written by Micah Fries
As a pastor of a small church who feels like they are slightly more adept at handling technology than the average pastor, I still recognize that there is an enormous gap between what I am comfortable dealing with and what is available in the world of technology, particularly as it relates to the setting of the local church.

I’m thrilled to announce that I just released my first free and public WordPress theme called RockinBlue.
We’ll see how this week goes but I’m probably going to be blogging on my experience of creating the theme soon. Up until now, I’ve really only tweaked and tinkered with others’ themes. But this one’s mine.
I’d like to say a BIG thank you to Brian Gardner for his awesome help and patience.
If you’d like to see a demo of the theme, click here. [Also, at CoryMiller.com]
If you’d like to download the theme to use on your blog, click here [zip].
For support and questions about the theme, please address them here.
Update: Thanks for Shawn Wallace for his help “widgetizing” my theme. Also, check out his Worshippl.us site.
